How it works

HushVault is a private storage “second home” for sensitive/intimate media. The goal is simple: move it out of shared photo apps so kids don’t see it by accident.

step 1

Sign in with Google

No passwords to forget. Your HushVault account is linked to your Google identity.

step 2

Upload to your vault

Drag, drop, and upload photos/videos. Organize into private Collections.

step 3

Lock it down

Set a Vault PIN, enable auto-lock, and (optionally) encryption-at-rest.

step 4

Cleanup checklist (Google Photos)

A website can’t reliably delete from your phone or Google Photos — but you can clean up safely:

1. Open Google Photos → Library → “Photos on device”
2. Find the sensitive items you moved to HushVault
3. Delete from Google Photos / shared albums (and “Recently deleted”)
4. If you share a family account, check shared folders & partner sharing
5. Consider a separate Google account for kids’ devices

Tip: If you want “one tap move + delete” from your phone, that’s exactly what our planned Android app is for.
