You must be at least 18 years old to use HushVault. By creating an account or uploading content, you confirm you are 18+.
You keep ownership of your content. You’re responsible for what you upload and for ensuring it is legal and consensual. HushVault is not a public sharing platform.
Illegal or harmful content is not allowed. This includes (but isn’t limited to) anything involving minors, non‑consensual intimate imagery, exploitation, or content that violates applicable laws. See the Acceptable Use Policy for details.
You’re responsible for maintaining access to your Google account. If you enable a Vault PIN, keep it secure. If encryption is enabled and you forget your PIN, encrypted files cannot be recovered.
We work hard for reliable uptime, but availability isn’t guaranteed. We may perform maintenance and updates as needed.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
