Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of HushVault. (Last updated: Jan 2, 2026)

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use HushVault. By creating an account or uploading content, you confirm you are 18+.

2) Your content

You retain ownership of your content. You are responsible for the content you upload and for ensuring it is legal and consensual.

3) Prohibited content

Any illegal content is prohibited. Content involving minors is strictly prohibited (zero tolerance), as is non-consensual content. See the Acceptable Use Policy for details.

4) Account security

You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account. If you enable a Vault PIN, you are responsible for remembering it. If encryption-at-rest is enabled and you forget your PIN, we cannot recover your encrypted files.

5) Service availability

We aim for reliable uptime, but availability is not guaranteed. We may perform maintenance and updates as needed.

6) Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
